This is something that can make him smile, though, and when he reaches his hover cycle he pauses, leaning against it, to fire off a response to her. ]

Yeah it's a thing I noticed... like a lot of the younger guys don't like wide open skies. If you go look at the landscapes done, there's this weird shift across all the schools. Anyone around my age or Whiskey's or older, and we like our skies big and boundless. Guys around Jack's age--and he's not that much younger than me--go very small and close.

I think it's because of the dome. Which... it makes me sad. But they still manage to find a lot of beauty and expression in an enclosed space.

And gotcha, all tweak the vegetation a little over there.

Oh by the way did I mention Christine to you? She's one of the nurses here. I got to talk to her a bunch yesterday and she's super nice. She'd like to meet you. Really pretty too.

She is from a place called New Orleans and knows how to make all sorts of amazing food. And told me about how they celebrate Mardi Gras on Earth which sounds way better than what we do here in some ways so I'm looking forward to trying that here because it's all street parties.

Also apparently you are supposed to get drunk and show your tits to people and they give you necklaces which she said were too cheap to justify showing off your boobs but I don't know sounds like it could be fun if it's a good enough party right?
